HAMAICA CIDER-ITA

Ingredients:

1/2 cup simple syrup
2 jalapeños, sliced
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup Tequila
2 cups Hamaica Cider
Lime wedges, for serving
Kosher salt, for serving
Ice, for serving

Method:
Combine simple syrup, sliced jalapeño, lime juice, tequila and hard cider in large pitcher. This can be done ahead of time, the longer the mixture sits, the spicier it will be.

Stir prior to serving.

Coat rim of serving glasses with lime. Spread salt in small, shallow dish and dip glass rims in to coat. Fill glasses with ice and top with cider mixture.

MIGHTY MARGARITA

1 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Gold tequila
5-6 oz. Mighty Dry Cider
Orange segments and apple slices
Cinnamon + Cane sugar + Coarse sugar for glass rimming
Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Add a few spoonfuls of cane sugar, coarse sugar and cinnamon to a plate. Run an orange segment around the edge of the glass, then press into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim. Add a few orange slices in the bottom of the glass, fill with ice, then add the Grand Marnier, tequila and apple cider and stir to mix. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks. 

WARM MIGHTY DRY CIDER & BOURBON

This spicy, slightly sweet cider cocktail will keep you and your party guest’s toasty in cold weather!

Ingredients:

1 can of Mighty Dry
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

In a medium size saucepot over low heat, or in a slow cooker set to low, combine all ingredients and stir. Ladle into cups and serve warm, not hot. Recipe can easily be multiplied to serve a large crowd.

*Keep warm in a slow cooker

APPLE CIDER SPRITZ

Ingredients:

1 can of Mighty Dry Cider
6 oz apple cider
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz Aperol
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Club soda (for serving)
Apple slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

For each cocktail, pour 4 oz. Mighty Dry Cider, 1½ oz. Apple Cider, ½ oz. rye whiskey, ¼ oz. Aperol, and ¼ oz. lemon juice into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda. Gently stir to combine and garnish with an apple slice.

CARAMEL APPLE GINGERGRASS MARTINI

Ingredients:
2 oz Gingergrass Cider
2 oz Caramel Vodka
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Sliced fresh apple for garnish– we are loving our dry farmed Honey Crisps!

Instructions:

Rim your martini glass with caramel or cinnamon sugar. To get the cinnamon sugar to stick to the glass, dip the rim in a bit of the Gingergrass cider, then the cinnamon sugar.

Combine the Gingergrass, caramel vodka, and butterscotch schnapps in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into the rimmed martini glass and garnish with fresh sliced apple. Cheers!
