GINGER COLLINS

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Spiritworks Gin
5 oz. Gingergrass Cider
.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
Monarch Lavender bitters, optional
Lavender Sprig / Lemon Wedge, optional

Shake first three ingredients together with ice in cocktail shaker, and strain into highball glass. Top off generously with Gingergrass Cider, one drop of bitters, a lemon slice, and a sprig of Lavender


CARAMEL APPLE GINGERGRASS MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Gingergrass Cider
2 oz Caramel Vodka
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Sliced fresh apple for garnish– we are loving our dry farmed Honey Crisps!

Rim your martini glass with caramel or cinnamon sugar. To get the cinnamon sugar to stick to the glass, dip the rim in a bit of the Gingergrass cider,
then the cinnamon sugar.

Combine the Gingergrass, caramel vodka, and butterscotch schnapps in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into the rimmed martini glass and garnish with fresh sliced apple. Cheers!


CALIFORNIA CIDER POG

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple Orange Juice
3 oz. Golden State Cider Gingergrass

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in rocks glass and fill with ice. Stir gently and garnish with pineapple slice and orange wedge.
