Known as one of the most premium growing regions, this area has near perfect growing conditions with consistent humidity and a healthy dose of sun allowing the fruit to develop naturally and certified organic. As a Sonoma County native, Roberts has witnessed the transitions of apple orchards to vineyards; this continues to fuel his practice with a plan to carry on his family farm for generations to come.
