This small-batch limited release cider is made from 100% fresh pressed West Coast apples, delicately fermented with champagne yeast and infused with real pineapples and just a pinch of cinnamon. Radical Paradise is the perfect cider to enjoy poolside or on the beach, with tropical notes and a bright, dry finish. Hurry, this summertime favorite won't last long!

Radical Painkiller

YOU'LL NEED:

3 oz Radical Paradise Cider
2 oz dark rum
1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
1 oz cream of coconut
Fresh lime juice to taste
Crushed ice
Pineapple wedge to garnish
Mint leaves to garnish

Add Radical Paradise, orange juice, and cream of coconut into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, mint leaves and serve with a straw.
