Mighty Dry Cocktails

Cocktails inspired by our flagship cider

Apple Smash

YOU'LL NEED:
4 oz Mighty Dry cider
2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Apple Wedge, for garnish
​Rosemary Sprig, for garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, combine simple syrup and bourbon and shake to combine.
Strain into ice filled glass.
Top with Mighty Dry.
​Garnish with the apple slices and rosemary sprig.

Spiced Apple Cider

YOU'LL NEED:
2 ounces Golden State Gravenstein Apple Brandy
2 ounces Mighty Dry apple cider
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce cinnamon simple syrup
​Dash orange bitters
Apple slices, cinnamon sticks for garnish
​Apple cinnamon sugar

Combine brandy, lemon juice, cinnamon simple syrup and orange bitters with ice in a shaker. Shake well to mix.
Rim glass with apple cinnamon sugar
Pour shaker into glass and top with Mighty Dry.
Stir gently to combine.
Top with apple slices and cinnamon stick and serve.
